WCH develops concrete centrals to meet the specific needs of each industry, with differentials which provide high performance and maximum efficiency.<br />

Components:<br />
Automation system: with simplified control panel and few components, consisting of four buttons: two emergency (general and partial), one to start the automatic cycle and perform the weighing manual cycle and other one to on/off the mixer.<br />
All other functions as views of runs, drives hand, the materials used, among others, are programmed by the CLP and the IHM which has a screen 8 "touch-screen where the traces are programmed.<br />
All is simple operation, easy handling and learning.<br />

Aggregates doser: can be divided to make any settings from 2 to 6 aggregates.<br />
Dosing system for weight (electronic measurement) or by volumetric<br />
<br />
Cement Silo for Storage: with capacities range from 60 to 150 tons, fitted with guillotine valve, aerators, cleaning hatch, filter pollution and pressure valve.<br />
<br />
Planetary mixers: manufactured according to the technical needs of each customer, ranging from 750 to 2,250 liters of concrete in homogenate cycle.<br />
<br />
750 - liters - producing 15 cubic meters / hour with a cycle of approximately 3min.<br />
1125 - liters - producing 20 cubic meters / hour with a cycle of approximately 3min.<br />
1500 - liters - producing 30 cubic meters / hour with a cycle of approximately 3min.<br />
2250 - liters - producing 40 cubic meters / hour with a cycle of approximately 3min.<br />
