Instructed by IN 680/2006 and described in Article 571 of the Customs Regulation (Decree 6.759/09) customs clearance is the conclusion of the Customs conference, which begins with the registration of the Import Declaration - DI or Single Import Declaration - DUImp (in cases of importation); or the registration of the Single Export Declaration - EuD (in cases of export) in the Integrated Foreign Trade System (Siscomex).

At this stage the goods to be exported or imported is duly declared in Siscomex, parameterized in the conference channels and untangled.

It is at this time that import taxes must be collected, respecting the rates of each NCM (Mercosur Common Nomenclature) and applying the agreements and tax benefits (if it fits).

Below are some of the services performed:

- Registration and monitoring of Import License (LI);
- Registration and monitoring of Import Declaration (DI);
- Registration and monitoring of Single Import Declaration (DUImp);
- Registration and monitoring of Single Export Declaration (DUE);
- Issuance of ICMS guides and release guides;
- Release of the goods from the bonded terminals;
