Selmi has two modern production facilities: the largest located in Sumaré and another located in Londrina. Both structures feature the latest generation machines and industrial plants planned to expand at any time, without interfering with your productivity. Note that all production lines are fully automated without any manual contact with products that, in turn, are prepared only with ingredients selected and rigorously analyzed.
Sumaré unit
Inaugurated in 2000, the unit of gestational is considered the most modern plant of South America, and one of the most modern in the world in its segment. With over 38 thousand square meters of total floor area produces 11,000 tons / month of pasta, 400 ton. / Month of cakes, 3,000 ton. / Month of flours and mixes and 1,000 ton. / Month of cookies.
Currently this unit maintains six main machines in full operation in the production of pasta. Two types of spaghetti noodles with a capacity to produce 2200 kg / h 4000 kg / h,.. Twice for the mass cut (capacity of 4,000 kg / h 6000 kg / h each..), One for pasta and noodles nest type ( capacity of 1200 kg. / hr) and a machine for the production of instant noodles for up to 350 packs / minute, and a packaging system the most modern and existing automated.
Besides the pasta factory, the unit of gestational also owns a factory for the production of cakes and biscuits, with 9,943 m² of total area.
Wheat Flour and Semolina Special Renata Durum Wheat Renata are also produced in Sumaré unit.
