Group D7 operates for years in the displays, sign and POS market. With expert professionals, we work in the entire process from creating the product until assembling the point of sale. Currently the Group has two units. The headquarters in Piraju SP, and a new unit inaugurated in Sao Joao da Boa Vista - SP, becoming the largest company in Latin America in the sector and ensuring the quality of our work. In order to participate quotations and projects creation, we have a team of qualified engineers designers that assist in developing new products and improving existing designs.

Unit Sao Joao da Boa Vista
In continuous growth in recent years, the group D7 inaugurated a new facility in Sao Joao da Boa Vista, SP, located approximately 200km from the capital. To meet market demand, D7 implemented an industrial park with new latest generation of robotics, automatics and laser cutting machines, allowing the realization of more complex operations and increasing the speed required in the process. With the new unit in operation, the D7 group is now considered the largest company in Latin America in the field of displays and POS.

Unit Pirajubr> Installed in PirajuSP in an area of 15,000 square meters, in the margins of Marechal Rondon highway (SP300) D7 has more than 400 employees and an industrial park with dynamic and modern automatic and semi-automatic CNC machines, ensuring accuracy in its processes. Using scientific and technical knowledge allied to our practical experience, our engineering team is able to develop functional and sustainable designs, combined with an excellent design. In pursuit of excellence and agility in the project, we work with parametric CAD software and complex modeling (NURBS) of latest generation.

Moreover, D7com just deploy several improvements in its infrastructure and its production line. We recently purchased 2 trucks of 11m, 2 UV digital printers from OCE (allows rigid printed on any material with a resolution of 1440 DPIs); Router 3D; wire forming 3D machine, 2 vaccum forming machines of 2.50 m X 1.25 m, robotics welding, 2 Euromac punching 2 CNC press brakes, 2 painting robots, among others. With all these investments, we optimized the manufacturing process, achieving higher quality products, better delivery times, flexibility of services to our customers and partners. All D7 production processes operate within the patterns of conservation of the environment.
