The honey used in the products is totally organic (without application of insecticides at the source) extracted from the flower of the quince, vine-grape, button broom, angico and jitirana. After centrifuged, it will go through the process of decantation and storage, until it is transported to the industrial unit.

We have our own laboratory, with professionals assigned to thoroughly analyze the physicochemical and microbiological characteristics of natural honey; its level of purity and possible conditions of consumption, rejecting all honey contaminated by microorganisms harmful to health.
