Tips for using a round baler PTO shaft
In order to maximize work efficiency, ensure the reliability of work and increase the service life of equipment, agricultural machinery will be used in combination. Taking a combined baler as an example, the drive shaft must consider the following issues when using a tractor.
1. When installing the packaging machine, the power take-off shaft must be parallel to the power take-off shaft on the tractor track.

2. PTO propeller shaft assembly plays a vital role in tractor power transmission. When setting up the PTO drive shaft assembly, it is important to note that the two inclination angles on the intermediate shaft for power output should be placed on a precise plane. The PTO shaft needs regular lubrication to prevent joint failure and also to prevent the shaft from becoming larger. If you do not regularly maintain the grease of your shaft or do not perform maintenance as specified in the shaft's PTO maintenance plan, it may result in end thrust damaging the gearbox in the implement. It is recommended that you lubricate regular gimbal every 20 hours or, in extreme cases, every 8 hours.
