Ways to use:
• Environment Diffuser:
In a room diffuser, add 1 to 2 drops of essential oil (OE) for every 100ml of water.
Turn on the device and configure it according to your preferences.
Do not use in diffusers with cotton filter or nebulizers.
•Inhalation:
For inhalation, put 1 to 3 drops of essential oil on a piece of cotton.
Position the cotton between your hands in the shape of a shell and inhale deeply 3 to 5 times.
• Skin Care:
For face care, dilute the essential oil by 0.5% to 1%.
Mix 1 to 2 drops of essential oil in 10g of carrier base and apply after mixing.
Whole Body Care:
For whole body care, dilute the essential oil from 0.5% to 2%.
Mix 7 to 25 drops of essential oil in 50g of carrier base and apply after mixing.
• Specific Areas of the Body:
For specific areas of the body, dilute the essential oil by 2% to 5%.
Mix 10 to 25 drops of essential oil in 20g of carrier base and apply after mixing.
Massage the area for about 5 minutes to maximize the benefits of essential oils.
• Hair Care:
For hair care, dilute the essential oil by 1% to 2%.
Mix 4 to 7 drops of essential oil in 20g of carrier base or neutral shampoo and apply after mixing.
